Raising Standards in Care with Frontline & Irish Times Training
Bluebird Care has recently partnered with Irish Times Training and Frontline Training to deliver internationally recognised qualifications through the FETAC accreditation system.
With a nationwide network of Bluebird Care teams working in communities and delivering care on a 24-hour basis, the partnership with Frontline Training was a natural one.
Frontline Training provides best practice training in healthcare and offer programmes at level 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the National Framework of Qualifications, in association with Irish Times Training.
They also offer a range of Continuing Professional Development courses from Dementia Awareness training, Nutritional Care, Approaches to Challenging Behaviour, Infection Control and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults.
Managing Director of Frontline Training, Frankie O’Sullivan says, “The synergies with Bluebird Care are obvious. Their commitment to care, high standards and constant improvements in the delivery of service match the ethos of our training programmes.”
Una O’Hare of Irish Times Training says, “We are delighted to have Bluebird Care on board. It is exciting to see a company invest in their people for the benefit of their customers. We look forward to working with their teams nationwide delivering accredited training programmes in a broad range of areas.”
Operations Director of Bluebird Care Eddie O’Toole says, “We are active in the daily lives of our clients and feel strongly that they deserve teams that are committed and trained at the highest level. The mandatory requirement that our staff undergo continuing professional development and/or join us with recognised qualifications endorse that ethos.”
