Five further Bluebird Care offices have successfully achieved the prestigious Q standard awarded by Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA).
Presenting the Q Standard awards this week, Irene Collins, Managing Director of EIQA said that Bluebird Care was well on its way to becoming the very first franchised homecare company in Ireland to achieve the Q mark across all its operations. “The Bluebird Care team across Ireland have shown a deep commitment to quality and each franchisee inspires and shares the learnings from growing through the Q mark process.”

The latest offices to achieve the standard are:
Director of Bluebird Care Kerry / West Cork Marc De Courcy said he was “delighted and honoured” with the accreditation following months of rigorous systems and quality reviews and improvements.
Willie Byrne Director of Bluebird Care Dublin West says, “There is always room for improvement and the Q Mark ensures you strive to improve on an ongoing basis.
Brian Egan, Director Bluebird Care Carlow, Kilkenny and Waterford says, “EIQA provide an independent auditing process which ensure we meet the highest standards and also that we strive for ongoing continuous improvements.”
Marty Kelly, Director Bluebird Care Donegal and Leitirm says, “We pride ourselves in quality care but it is important to have a third party evaluate your systems and your procedures. This ensures that our customers are safe in the knowledge that they are working with a wholly committed and transparent team.”
