The Special Olympics World Games were hosted in Ireland 10 years ago. To mark the occasion Bluebird Care has launched a nationwide fundraising campaign which will see them challenge their Directors, Managers and staff to do ‘Summit for the Weekend’ all in aid of Special Olympics Ireland.
“18 offices. 18 challenges. One Target. Because no challenge is insurmountable when it comes to the Special Olympics Ireland athletes,” says Eddie O’Toole, Operations Director with Bluebird Care.
Bluebird Care Louth has decided to take on the Fundraising challenge by hosting a 5km Road Race on Saturday September 21st. The 5K run is in conjunction with the North East Runners. It as an officially sanction AAI event. The Route is as follows-http://connect.garmin.com/activity/166740862
Bluebird Care is inviting the people of Louth to take part with all funds raised going Special Olympics Ireland. You can come on your own, with a team from work or as a family. Sponsorship cards are available from Bluebird Care Louth.
