And the winners are...
Each year Bluebird Care Ireland Head Office presents the Franchise of the Year Awards at our end of year network meeting. On Thursday (10th December) our 24 Directors gathered at the Aviva Stadium to plan ahead for 2016.
Managing Director, Brian MacGoey, paid tribute to the network's 1,500+ plus staff who he says, "are the cornerstone our business. From our Care Managers, to our Supervisors, Nurses, Office Managers and Healthcare Assistants, their commitment to delivering quality care coupled with constant improvement ensures our customers remain at home. Our customers lives are changed because of our staff - whether they are suffering from or are recovering from illness or if they live with a disability and need extra support - Bluebird Care staff are there to make life easier. As a company we look forward to increasing our staff compliment in 2016 due to continued growth."
The meeting also served as an opportunity to shine a light on our top performing franchises across the country.
Announcing the awards Operations Director, Eddie O'Toole said that 2015 was a particularly good year for the network with significant business wins and aggressive recruitment a feature due to continuing growth.
