Here at Bluebird Care Meath we provide home care solutions to a wide range of individuals with the sole aim of ensuring they can live independently and comfortably at home where they continue to remain part of their own community in the company of friends and family.
More and more people are opting to receive care at home these days, and according to the HSE Service Plan 2015
“A greater move towards primary and community services, as the principal means to meet people’s home support and continuing care needs is required to address this growing demand and to support acute hospital services. To respond to this challenge services for older people will continue to progress the strategic realignment of services to provide home care and other community support services in order to maximise the potential of supporting older people in their own homes close to their families and within their own local communities.”
