Bluebird Care Dublin South East provides high quality Homecare to vulnerable people in South County Dublin. Our office in Dun Laoghaire is centrally located to provide services in all the surrounding areas, we cover all areas south of NewtownParkAvenue in Blackrock, including Killiney, Dalkey, Monkstown and all areas south of Leopardstown Road including Foxrock, Stepaside and Cabinteely.
We have been providing quality elder care in this area for over seven years and have established ourselves as a renowned local provider of high quality and reliable Home Care and have come to be highly regarded by local health professionals such as Public Health Nurses and Social Workers.
An extensive assessment process is the key to creating the correct schedule of care that an individual customer requires and by creating an appropriate CarePlan which is tailormade to suit that particular customer’s needs.

All of our staff are Garda Vetted and reference checked and receive regular supervision in the field. They have access to support from a Manager 24/7 and are encouraged to report any concerns they may have regarding any of their customers. They all must satisfy HSE requirements in Fetac Level Five or equivalent.

Greg Darcy and his wife Jennifer returned home from America over seven years ago to set up Bluebird Care Dublin South East & Bluebird Care Wicklow.
Businessman Greg, brings years of experience in building , managing and maintaining client relationships across various sectors to deliver a professional service with high quality care throughout Dublin South East & Wicklow.

Jennifer and her husband Greg returned home from America over seven years ago to set up Bluebird Care Dublin South East & Bluebird Care Wicklow.
Having worked in various areas of the care industry all of her life, Jennifer’s extensive experience and attention to detail reflects in her drive and passion to better the quality of lives of others and encourage independent living within the home and community.
Emma has achieved Fetac Level 5 in Pre-Nursing Studies and went onto to complete her Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care, she started her career in this sector as a Support Worker with St John of Gods and as a carer in a specialist Alzheimers Nursing Home in Sweden. She started working with Bluebird Care as a carer over three years ago and she has worked her way through the ranks to her current position.
Role: Allocating carers to customers schedules and sending out carers rosters, Dealing with changes to existing customers’ rosters and allocating staff to new customers, Covering work when staff are absent or on holiday. But most importantly making sure that Carers rosters are accurate, efficient, achievable and sent out on time.
