New Care Manager Appointed To Bluebird Care Cork

Bluebird Care Cork has appointed a new Care Manager.

Eveline Sheeran is a qualified nurse and has worked in the areas of Community Care, Mental Health, Elderly Care and Disabilities for the past 12 years. Eveline has extensive experience in tutoring and education and has implemented and taught the Fetac Level 5 modules in care to both carers in the community and residential settings. Her other qualifications include B(Sc) Nursing, an SPA in Gerontology and a Level 8 qualification in Healthcare Management.

 

Previous to joining the Cork Bluebird Care Team, Eveline was responsible for obtaining international accreditation for residential and community based organisations. She was also instrumental in the setting up of community based independent living for individuals with disabilities. She has worked extensively with other care agencies and has compiled policies and procedures in adherence with HIQA standards across all care sectors.

 

Eveline has vast experience in the management field. In her new role Eveline will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, the management of care workers and liaising with customers.

We at Bluebird Care are delighted to announce the opening of the Kerry/West Cork office from the 1st of August 2010. The offices are located at 22 Denny Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry with Principal being Mr. Marc de Courcy.  Marc, along with his team, is presently involved in recruiting and implementing the robust induction home care training that all Bluebird Care staff must undertake successfully, prior to commencing work.
