Respondents to the first Bluebird Care (Dublin West) Customer Satisfaction Survey have rated the overall service as either Very Satisfied or Satisfied. Over 90% of customers responded to the survey which was distributed in April.
Most respondents cited Quality of Care and High standard of Trained Carers as reasons for their high ratings. Denise Geddes, Care Manager for Dublin West, reflects that “The Bluebird Care recruitment process, whilst it can be very onerous and time consuming, certainly pays huge dividends when it comes to delivering quality Homecare and keeping the customer happy. Only a small percentage of candidates make the cut during the recruitment process and there really are no shortcuts. But, on the other hand, the Customer Satisfaction Survey results tell us we’re doing it right”
