Bluebird Care Takes Part in Cork Sports Ability Day

Bluebird Care were delighted to be involved in the action with this year’s Cork Sports Ability Day at The UCC Mardyke Arena on Saturday 18th April. The day was an outstanding success in promoting Sport and Physical Activity for people with disabilities. The event showcased Cork’s groups, organisations and the dedication of so many people throughout Cork City and County to ensure a huge variety of activities are made available to those living with a disability.

Guests on the day included John Treacy CEO of the Irish Sports Council, Mayor of County Cork Cllr Alan Coleman and Niamh Briggs Captain of the Irish Women’s Rugby Team. All the special guests, participants, groups and visitors made it a fantastic event. There was plenty of information, demo’s and a wonderful fun and positive atmosphere on the day which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
