Bluebird Care Galway have been providing safe, quality, patient centred care in homes and in communities across Galway for the last 11 years. Over the years Sean & Eileen have always been a keen supporters of local charities and community organisations and 2019 is no different. In addition to hosting Free Dementia Talks in Galway as part of a national programme supporting the HSE Dementa: Understand Together campagin Sean and his team are delighted to be a sponsor for the Galway Hospice Oscarz fundraising event that will be held on the 17th of May in the Clayton Hotel in Galway.
It has been a roller coaster ride for Bluebird Care CNM1 Ciara O’Meara who has been catapulted into the spolight over the last few weeks. Casting her day job aside for a taste of Hollywood action she has been working hard with the casts and crew in preparing for what promises to be a night to remember. In all seven short movies have been filmed and the audience can look forward to a night of fantastic entertainment with hilarioius scenes from The Field, Fr Ted, Waking Ned Devine, Sister Act, Forrest Gump, The Snapper and Rocky.
Without events like Galway Hopsice Oscraz the Galway Hospice would not be in a position to provide the vital specialist palliative care services to patients and their famililes living with life-limiting illnessses. Annually Galway Hospice must raise over €2 million to to continue to provide these services free of charge to patients and families for as long as they are needed.
