Summit of Knocknarea – Bluebird Care Sligo

The Special Olympics World Games were hosted in Ireland 10 years ago. To mark the occasion Bluebird Care has launched a nationwide fundraising campaign which will see them challenge their Directors, Managers and staff to do ‘Summit for the Weekend’ all in aid of Special Olympics Ireland.

“18 offices. 18 challenges. One Target. Because no challenge is insurmountable when it comes to the Special Olympics Ireland athletes,” says Eddie O’Toole, Operations Director with Bluebird Care.

Bluebird Care Sligo has decided to take on the Fundraising challenge by Summiting Knocknarea on Saturday September 21st.

Bluebird Care is inviting the people of Sligo to take part with all funds raised going Special Olympics Ireland. You can come on your own, with a team from work or as a family. Sponsorship cards are available from Bluebird Care Sligo.

Donegal 5km Fun Run & Walk

The Special Olympics World Games were hosted in Ireland 10 years ago. To mark the occasion Bluebird Care has launched a nationwide fundraising campaign which will see them challenge their Directors, Managers and staff to do ‘Summit for the Weekend’ all in aid of Special Olympics Ireland.

Bluebird Care Donegal has decided to take on the Fundraising challenge by hosting a 5km Road Race on Wednesday September 18th. The Race will begin at Mc Claffertys Bar in Churchill at 7:00pm and finish at Glendowan Chapel. The course is flat, fast and accurate. Showers and refreshments will be provided at the Gartan Outdoor Education Centre in the boathouse.

Bluebird Care is inviting the people of Donegal to take part with all funds raised going Special Olympics Ireland. You can come on your own, with a team from work or as a family. Sponsorship cards are available from Bluebird Care Donegal.

Bluebird Care Dublin South East & Wicklow will be represented by Dan Fisher in an adventure race on Saturday September 14th. Fisher will take on the iconic Sugar Loaf Mountain, kayak on the spectacular Vartry Lakes, cycle over the Sally Gapand and run above the Powerscourt Waterfall. A Walk in the Park – Dublin West & South

Bluebird Care Dublin West & South has decided to take on the Fundraising challenge by hosting A Walk in the Park. The walk is approximately 7km. We want you to bring yout friends, your neighbours, even your dog. There will be a picnic after the walk and entertainment for the kids (weather permitting).
