About us

We started as 2007 and today we are proud to be one of the largest providers of homecare services in Ireland. We provide direct care to customers on behalf of the HSE and other agencies in addition to providing services to customers in a private capacity.

Building on our extensive experience within the caring professions Bluebird Care has revolutionised the way care is delivered in Ireland by concentrating on high quality customer service, whilst at the same time upholding the very best in nurse led care.

Each Bluebird Care office employs a Clinical Nurse Manager who is responsible for clinical governance and is accountable for service delivery, insuring quality of service, risk management, standard compliance and people management.

Our 26 nationwide offices are locally owned by committed people living in your community who have a passionate desire to be your trusted source in home and community based care.

We are HSE approved and are members of the Irish Home Care Association HCCI (Home & Community Care Ireland). Bluebird Care are long term advocates for regulation within the home care sector and in its absence have chosen to internally audit using the HIQA Model “Safer Better Care” in addition to implementing our own internal quality assurance framework.

Bluebird Care provide quality approved, nurse led, health and social care services, enabling our customers to live as independent a life as possible in the comfort of their own home.

Careers

There are many diverse roles available at every Bluebird Care office.

There are two broad roles within every office team. The role of the care assistant is a field based role where travelling to our customers is required. There are also a variety of office-based roles that support the day to day running of the business.
