They work closely with our Care Supervisors, who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day care provided by our trained care staff, ensuring that all care is delivered safely and effectively.

Our Care Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that care is delivered according to each person’s care plan. They conduct regular checks, offer guidance, and provide support to our caregivers to make sure that every client receives consistent, high-quality care. They are passionate about promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring that each person feels respected and valued.
