Bluebird Care is a franchised network of independently owned limited companies who operate under the Bluebird Care brand. The national office (National Support Team) has no direct management of the day to day operations of these limited companies so initially any grievance or complaint needs to be directed to your local Bluebird Care office to be investigated. You can request the complaints procedure from the local office which will outline the options available to you.
If you are dissatisfied with the response you receive please submit, in writing, full details of your complaint to info@bluebirdcare.ie. In these instances, we will only act as an intermediary between yourself and the relevant Bluebird Care office.
