Our Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants have experience caring for children with complex medical needs in addition to supporting children with a disability. Our care team have the expertise and experience to support children with physical & intellectual disabilities  and those who may have autism, sensory impairment and communication difficulties.

Person Centered Care

When we care for your child at home, we undertake a comprehensive assessment of needs and then we work with you to develop a family centered approach to care that works best for your child and your family to ensure that your child’s wishes and needs are at the centre of that plan.

We liaise closely with the other care providers who may be involved with your child such as your local public health nurse and GP to ensure seamless transitions between healthcare providers when required and to provide continuity of care for your child.
